Work
Debriefs, not brochures.
Most advisory portfolios are marketing in the past tense. A logo, a sentence of flattery, a number with no method behind it. We do the opposite. What follows is both the track record our founders carry and the firm's documented work, written as debriefs: what the situation actually was, what we did, where it was hard, and what held after we left. The named principals who led the work are the ones accountable for the account.
Standard of proof
That standard is not a stylistic preference. It is the same discipline behind the GeoForce Modernization Framework — our conviction that an engagement is finished only when the organization runs the new way on its own. A debrief written from the operator's seat is the only proof that the standard was met. We are operators, not analysts, and the work we cite is work we ran, not work we observed.
Each engagement here has been associated with coverage in the press the firm is cited in, and each is described in the firm's own words first. Where a slot is still a template pending a documented engagement, we say so plainly rather than dress it up. Proof you cannot verify is not proof.
